Common Questions

Window Tinting FAQs

Is window tinting legal in the UK?

Yes, within limits. Front windscreens must allow at least 75% light through, and front side windows at least 70%. Rear windows and rear windscreen can be tinted darker.

How long does tinting take?

Most vehicles are completed within 2-3 hours, with a short curing period afterwards before windows should be wound down.

Will it bubble or peel over time?

We only use quality film fitted by trained technicians, so it shouldn't bubble or peel under normal use. All work is covered by our workmanship guarantee.

Can tint be removed later?

Yes, tint film can be professionally removed without damaging the glass if you change your mind or sell the vehicle.
